Vacancy Closed - Project Research Officer

This vacancy is now closed. The post holder will undertake research duties for a major inter-jurisdictional project on the Peace Process funded by the European Union's PEACE III Programme and led by Professor Seán McConville and Dr Anna Bryson. The successful candidate will hold a honours degree (minimum 2.1) in a relevant discipline (e.g. history, social sciences, law) and / or a Post Graduate degree or commensurate experience of 2 years minimum. The ideal candidate will be experienced in archive and library research and be skilled in carrying out qualitative research interviews. The post is full time, fixed term for a maximum of 22 months (starting from 1 February 2012). Starting salary will be in the range of £28,025 - £35,674.
